#11 Calendula
Calendula is beautiful orange/yellow flowers that are edible and used to add color to all manner of dishes. It also serves as a herbal medicinal that is commonly used to treat skin issues.
#12 Chickory
Common Chickory (Cichorium intybus) is a perennial plant with beautiful blue flowers in mid-summer. Its greens are an edible raw or cooked, and the root is used for flavoring in many commercial coffee blends.
#13 Chrysanthemum
Chrysanthemum is also an edible garden plant. Its greens are a cooked vegetable in Asian cuisine, and the edible flowers are commonly made into chrysanthemum tea.
#14 Anise Hyssop
Anise Hyssop bears a wonderful scent that fills the garden in midsummer. You can also add these flowers to baked cakes.
#15 Daisy
Daisies are bright sunny edible flowers that add more beauty than taste. These flowers are slightly bitter.
#16 Dame’s Rocket
If you want to eat the leaves Dame’s Rocket, you should do before the plant flowers. Salads are a great suggestion. The flower buds are cooked and eaten like broccoli raab, and the edible flowers can be eaten raw or used as a garnish.

#18 Borage

Elderflowers are delicious but what make these stand out is elderberries. Elderberry jam is one of my favorite!

Fireweed is also worth mentioning here. You can make delicious and eye-catching jelly with fireweed flowers.
