How to get into summer’s spirit? Eating tangy vegetable salads, cooling you down with ice cream, sipping refreshing drinks and cocktails, or immersing yourself into crystal water of the sea? All sound great. Growing summer flowers and plants should be also in the “to-do” list. It’s not all because I love gardening or have a longer vocation in summer. Growing seasonal plants makes your garden much prettier and you can also use them.
And, here are 10 flowers and plants that bloom all summer. I tried some with my garden last summer and it kept me satisfied. I grew Shasta daisies, and it actually brighten my garden. The green color of the leaves and yellow and white colors of the flower do the work. They can grasp your eyes from the outside of the house. Can’t wait trying it this summer!
#1 Shasta Daisy
Shasta Daisy is one of the easiest and fastest to grow. These flowers bloom all summer long and feature the pleasant fragrance. I just love them so bad and spend a corner in my garden to plant them with seeds.
#2 Rose Campion
Once rose campion bloom, it surely brightens up your garden. Purple flowers and green leaves, it will grasp your eyes from the outside.
#3 Catmint
I just fall in love with lavender flowers of catmint. They are so pretty under the sunlight. If your garden has enough space, just give it a try.
#4 Coreopsis Moonbeam
Coreopsis Moonbeam is also a wonderful flower that blooms all summer days. To present inside the house, trim off some, put in a nice vase with water, and place on the coffee table.
#5 Hydrangea arborescens ‘Invincibelle Spirit’
I love the gray-green foliage with hydrangea flowers of this hydrangea arborescens ‘Invincibelle Spirit’. It has been around for a long time in summer.

You can also see Daylily blooming when it’s scorching out. This flower has gentle fragrance and looks pretty. Cut off some, put in a vase and place in the coffee table would be great.

I just love this purple coneflower so bad. I even grow them in flower beds and place at backyard. They’re so striking.
