Taylor Swift Continues Her Partnership With Target With an Exclusive ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ Vinyl

Over the years, Taylor Swift has become known for her ability to connect with her audience through deeply personal storytelling. With the singer giving the world insights into her life and music that has resonated with generations, it comes as no surprise that her albums have gone flying off the shelves. Now, with the release of upcoming her album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, imminent, the 34-year-old has teamed up with the megastore, Target, for an exclusive partnership.

An alliance dating back to the early days of Swift’s career, the pop sensation seemed to have a special vinyl in store just for the retailer.

Tortured Poets Department gets a Target-exclusive update

Recent reports revealed that Taylor Swift had created a Target-exclusive vinyl for her upcoming album scheduled for April 19, 2024. Although the singer has already teased different variants of ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, this time she stunned fans with a “Phantom Clear” version of the vinyl. At the moment, fans can pre-order the record. However, they will have to wait until the scheduled drop to get their hands on it.

Apart from the clear vinyl, Swift’s surprise record would also include a 24-page book-bound jacket, copies of the singer’s handwritten lyrics, exclusive behind-the-scenes snaps, and even the bonus track, ‘The Manuscript’. While the 34-year-old might be gearing up for her album’s release, she seems to have her hands full at the moment with the digital release of her concert film, The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version).

Swift might be keeping the hype for her new album alive. However, she also took time out for her upcoming concert film digital release with some special attention.

Many Swifties ensured to watch Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert film when it was released, yet the singer has found the perfect way to get it to those who could not. She teamed up with Good Morning America to build the hype for her upcoming release on Disney+. The 34-year-old teased fans by promising to drop acoustic songs from the film over the next few days.

With Swift’s film releasing on March 14, fans will not have to wait long before they get to relive the epic moments and performances from the singer’s 2023 Eras Tour concert. Meanwhile, with her having performed in Australia, Tokyo, and Singapore recently, there may be a chance fans could get another part of her concert film.
